Yet more gluten free pancakes!!! (GF, TMX)

Based on this recipe :)


200g Brown Rice Flour
50g Tapioca Starch
2 tspns Guar Gum
4 eggs
400g Rice Milk
20-30g Rice Bran Oil
50g Brown Sugar
2 tspn Cinnamon

place all ingredients in thermomix and mix on speed 4 for around 5-10 seconds. scrape down sides and mix for another 5-10 seconds.
Rest for 10 minutes before cooking.

so easy and quite yum and nice to finally find a recipe to use up all the guar gum i have and never need LOL i had to double the amount of milk as the original amount was unworkable and inedible.
